New School Food Fundraiser

Hello Holy Name Parents and Supporters,
I am excited to attach the order form for our final fundraiser of the year. This fundraiser is unlike any we have done this year because 1) you can actually use some of your monthly food budget for this fundraiser, and 2) by purchasing fresh, pre-cooked food for your family you will make it easy to prepare quick great tasting meals or snacks.
Holy Name has partnered with a local chef/cook to prepare food that will taste great and be prepared the day before you pick it up for your family. The meals will come in containers with instructions on using them immediately by placing them in your fridge, or by saving them for a couple of weeks by putting them in the freezer.
Here is a timeline for this fresh food fundraiser: today, April 14th - fundraiser starts and order form goes home, April 21st - order forms due back in office with all money, April 25th - food will be cooked and packaged for all orders, and April 26th - all orders will be available in the activity center from 2:30 pm until 6 pm for pick-up. Your food will have been cooked fresh the day before pick-up and never frozen.
Please remember that all orders must be pre-paid. That means that whoever orders needs to give you a check at the time they order. Checks will be made out to Holy Name School. Also, please remember that our goal is to see how successful this type of fundraiser can be. The catalog sales and raffles do not put great tasting food on the table for you and your family. This fundraiser will - order some for your family and sell to others. Thanks for supporting Holy Name.
For those of you that need a little more help on your fundraising totals, you will be getting 25% of your total sales credited towards fundraising. Ms. Janie Vasquez will be assisting with this fundraiser so any limitations she has placed on families will apply for this fundraiser. She has a list of all NSF checks submitted this year and their checks will not be accepted.
Money raised from this fundraiser will mainly support parents fundraising accounts. Additional funds will assist the Holy Name preschool and help defray the cost of our end-of-the-year academic and sports banquets.
As an incentive to all families that participate, one free dress pass will be awarded for every $25 in total sales for this fundraiser. If your child sells $300 worth of food in this fundraiser, they would receive 12 free dress passes to be used before the end of the school year. Free dress passes are awarded only to the student’s name submitted. Parents with multi-child families will need to split any free dress passes that are earned amongst siblings. See Form Here
